Q: How do I make payments?
A: Payments are decided strictly by individual sellers. Koo.mv has allowed the use of Cash on Delivery as well as Payment while picking up from the stores. All transactions are made in Maldivian Ruffiya (MVR) via cash on delivery (COD), local bank transfers, atm transfers and use of credit and debits cards over POS machines.
*At this time, we are working on collaborating with local and international payment gateway systems that accept credit cards, debit cards as well as PayPal payments.
Q: Do you offer direct bank transfers/atm transfer / meet up / cash on delivery (COD)?
A: This is entirely up to the seller. We at Koo, do recommend sellers to accept convenient methods of payments to our customers.

Q: What’s the shipping cost?
A: All shipping charges will be declared by Individual Sellers. Shipping costs are based on the total order amount, quantity as well as distance being shipped to. Depending on the chosen shipping method, your shipping total will appear at the bottom of your total checkout amount.
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Depending on our customer’s location, our sellers do offer free shipping. If you are eligible for free shipping, your final checkout will indicate as such.
Q: Can I get a refund on import duties?
A: Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and the recipient of the parcel (Sellers) must pay for these charges. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have any questions related to customs charges, you are advised to contact your local customs office.
Q: Which courier company do you use?
A: Our sellers will use various courier companies to ensure all your parcels arrive on time. Tracking numbers will be provided when we process your order, together with a tracking link. Some sellers might opt to use their own delivery team thus customers will need to contact them directly to check the status of their package.
Q: When will I receive my parcel?
A: We advise our sellers to deliver the goods between 2-10 working days to all parts of Maldives.
- Male’ City, Villingili and Hulhumale’ would usually enjoy faster shipping periods.
- Any Other Exceptions: within the next 2-10 working days
*Based on the seller’s location, bulk orders and peak periods could have extended shipping dates. Our sellers will contact you if there is a delay in the processing of your order. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, irrespectively of the fact that whether they are related to the activities of Koo.mv or the activities of our sellers assigned courier companies, the delivery date could be extended. We will do our very best to keep you informed should any such circumstances arise.
Q: Where can I find my tracking number?
A: You will receive 2 emails after your order is completed: one to confirm that your order was received, and another when your parcel is shipped. The latter email will contain your tracking number. Do check your spam box or “Promotions” folder.
Q: How do I add/change the items in my order, or my shipping details, after I have placed my order?
A: Contact your seller as soon as you can. Koo.mv will not get directly involved unless both the buyer and seller and unable to solve an issue. In such a case we'll try our best to assist you. Unfortunately, if the item has already been processed and/or shipped, we will not be able to make changes to your order.
Q: Do you accept Exchange/Returns?
A: Our priority is to keep our customers happy. If an item you received was damaged, defective, materially different, or you changed your mind, you may opt to return this product. In the event that you wish to contact the seller, you may proceed to do so by clicking on the seller name on the product listing pages. Alternatively, you may also reach out to customer support at Contact Us.
Please do make sure that all products are returned in its original condition with tags intact. Returns are not applicable for sale and promotional based items.
Under our Buyer Protection Policy, At Koo, we are committed to ensuring that disputes between Sellers and Buyers are settled amicably by way of the below dispute resolution mechanisms and procedures.
If a seller fails to deliver your order or the item you received is significantly different from the description, we guarantee to work with our sellers to ensure a solution. Please refer to our Refund Policy.
